Sex/Gender
Female
Age
45 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged 45-60 years who are in the postmenopausal with uterus in the past 12 months prior to study entry; 2. No known thyroid dysfunction; 3. No known positive mammogram finding within 2 years prior to study; 4. Absence of the Risk of medical complications based on medical history.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Use of alternative or complementary medicines or herbs for menopause symptoms in previous month; 2. Pregnant or planning to become pregnant; 3. Total oophorectomy; 4. Herbal allergy; 5. Current participation in other drug trial; 6. Intention to move away HK within next 16 weeks; 7. Unable to give consent; 8. Use of hormone therapy or oral contraceptives within prior 3 months of study entry; 9. receiving medical treatment for chronic disease.
