Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: subfoveal or juxafoveal ICNV

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. CNV secondary to other causes such as age-related macular degeneration(AMD), pathologic myopia with a refractive error of -6 diopters or more, choroiditis, angioid streaks, trauma, or hereditary diseases in the study eye. previous diagnosis of ophthalmic disease; 2. systemic disease,pregnancy; 3. prior received anti-VEGF treatment or PDT; 4. Duration of ICNV is more than 3 month.
