18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women aged 18-45 years, gestational age < 13 wks; 2. No diabetes and hypertension history; without habitual abortion; 3. Apparent healthy, without serious diseases e.g. mental disorder, cancer and other malignant diseases; 4. Planning to have prenatal care in local township clinics or maternal and child health care hospital; 5. Planning to deliver at Wuqiang county hospital; 6. Willing and able to use mobile phone APPs; 7. Willing to finish study content and physical examination periodically per study request; 8. Able to express herself normally and able to communicate with others; 9. Planning to stay in Wuqiang in next 4 years; 10. Signed the consent form.
