Age
18 Years to 58 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Nasopharyngeal primary tumor confirmed by pathology; 2. Neck without operation history; 3. The patients can completed with ultrasonography, the illness is not critically ill patients; 4. The patients know the purpose and the significance of the study, agreed to the use, agreed and accepted follow-up; 5. Aged less than 60 years old; 6. All enrolled patients with clinical staging criteria are UICC/AJCC 7th edition staging criteria, lymph node transfer according to RTOG criteria to partition.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients with the need for other treatment of serious disease; 2. The patients can not be followed.
