Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Middle and older aged subjects with over fifty-five years old will be recruited in Taiwan area.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects must be with no serious heart disease, lung disease, disorders from neuromuscular disease or arthritis, and without regular to do endurance or strength training within a year.
