Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All of the patients are classified as Class IV based on the New York Heart Association (NYHA) functional classification system and Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure (2014)All patients demonstrated signs and symptoms of acute decompensated heart failure with Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) 400 ng/L.
