19 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pilon fracture patients, taken the anterolateral approach to ankle joint to open reduction and internal fixation. 2. Agreed to and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Gustilo III open fractures; 2) pathological fracture, severe osteoporotic fracture. 3) with other serious injuries, other system diseases affect treatment; 4) refuse, has not been followed up patients, incomplete data; 5) poor compliance, not cooperation, quit out; 6) other inappropriate for patients included in the study.
