Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children with congenital biliary atresia underwent liver transplantation, according to the level of bilirubin, patients is divided into obstructive jaundice group and non-jaundice group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who had one or more of the following conditions were not included: a neuromuscular disease such as one of cerebrovascular accident (stroke), Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, Huntington's disease (Huntington's chorea), Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease, myasthenia gravis, Lambert–Eaton syndrome or polymyositis according to American Association of Electrodiagnostic Medicine guidelines, chronic kidney diseases (glomerular filtration rate (GFR)25% above ideal body weight (height in cm minus 105, in kg)
