Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age:=65 years;Diagnosis of Diffuse large B cell lymphoma by histopathological and immunochemistry based on WHO 2008; All patients have to sign an informed consent document indicating that they understand the purpose of and procedures required for the study and are willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patients with a previous history of hematologic malignancy or solid tumor who received chemotherapy or radiation therapy; central nervous system or meningeal involvement;HIV infection.
