20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) BMI>=24.0kg/m2; (2) aged from 20 to 45; (3) Waist size of male>=85cm or Waist size of female>=80cm; (4) ethnic group:Han; (5) not frequent use of antibiotics; (6) informed consent and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) severe disease of heart or head; (2) combined with endocrine disease and mental illness; (3) take antibiotics in one month; (4) any factors not suitable for research determined by researchers.
