Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 21 years and more; 2. Patients after AMI for at least 4 days whose condition is relatively stable and are preparing for discharge; 3. STEMI or NSTEMI; 4. Patients who have signed informed consent and are voluntarily to participate in the study and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. NYHA IV grade; 2. Complicating end stage diseases with life expectancy of less than 2 years; 3. Cannot complete regular follow-up.
