Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Signed informed consent; 2. Aged between 14 and 65 years old, sex and nationality is not limited; 3. Pathological parameters: IgA nephropathy diagnosed by pathology; 4. TCM syndrome differentiation fits deficiency yin of liver and kidney; 5. Pathological indicators: more than Lee's grade III or III or pathological glomerular segmental or global sclerosis, tubular atrophy, interstitial fibrosis is the main pathological change; 6. GFR30-60ml/min/1.73 m2. 1-4 terms as a prerequisite ,5,6 item in accordance with the 1 items can be selected

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. in the past 3 months has been an immunosuppressive agent, cytotoxic drug treatment for more than 4 weeks; 2. 24 hour urine protein quantitation is greater than 3.5 grams, nearly three months had received Glucocorticoid (throwing prednisone or prednisolone dose exceeded 20 mg/day, for more than 4 weeks; 3. Suffering from acute or progressive glomerulonephritis, patients with acute progressive IgA nephropathy; 4. Liver function injury, various types of acute and chronic hepatitis patients; 5. Patients with malignant tumor or have a history of malignant tumor, HIV infection history, psychiatric history, acute central nervous system disease, severe gastrointestinal diseases, the use of glucocorticoid; 6. Abnormal glucose metabolism, fasting blood glucose more than 6.2 mmol/L, diabetes patients; 7. Pregnant or lactating women; 8. Other clinical trials are being accepted; 9. Complications such as severe infection or other severe disease and dysfunction of other organs; 10. Does not conform to the standard of renal biopsy diagnosis; 11. Age less than 14 years old, or more than 65 years of age, GFR<30 over 61ml/min/1.73m2; 12. Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis, chronic alcoholic liver disease, ankylosing spondylitis, psoriasis, lupus nephritis and secondary factors caused by IgA disease; 13. Allergic purpura nephritis, chronic alcoholic liver disease, ankylosing spondylitis, psoriasis, lupus nephritis and other secondary factors caused by IgA disease; 14. Combined with heart, brain, liver and hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases; 15. lunatic; 16. Allergy to drugs or the presence of known side effects can not be tolerated; Those who meet the above one or more of the above conditions can not participate in the test.
