Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: According to the diagnosis and expert consensus of primary glaucoma in China in 2014.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary glaucoma patients; 2. Primary glaucoma patients with systemic diseases such as hypertension, nephritis and so on; 3. Primary glaucoma patients who received internal eye surgery (including laser therapy).
