30 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The standard of diagnosis of diabetes mellitus WHO; (2) The 2~5 conforms to the standard of diagnosis of diabetes ulcer; (3) The age ranged from 30 to 85 years old; (4) We have signed the informed consent. If any of the above answer is "no", the participants can not participate in the test.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) It does not meet the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria; (2) The special causes of diabetes, gestational diabetes mellitus; (3) We are under the age of 30 or over the age of 85; (4) The pregnant or lactating women; (5) The last January in diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperosmolar state and severe infection; (6) No serious heart, liver and kidney complications, or associated with other serious diseases, mental patients; (7) nerve and vascular lesions caused by other reasons; (8) according to researchers of judgment, is lowered into the group or the group complex in other situations, working environment changes frequently and easy to cause loss to follow-up; (9) Only for treatment of medicine allergy, not suitable for the treatment; (10) We are participating in other clinical studies in patients with drug; (11) 2 diagnostic standard of 1 grade diabetic ulcers. If any of the above answers are "yes", the subjects are unable to participate in the test.
