16 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Trauma laceration on the limbs unable to undergo debridement from 6 to 72 hours; Older than 18 years age;male or female;the wound no infection features.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: fever, fracture or other systemic disease such as diabetes, malnutrition, connective tissue diseases,or infection wound, or wound more than 72h.
