Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 1 to 18, the application of echocardiography in hospital or outpatient children; 2. Without history of cardiovascular disease; 3. Normal body mass index (18-25kg/m2); 4. The normal blood pressure (< 140/90mmHg); 5. The physical examination showed no abnormalities of cardiovascular system; 6. The normal ECG; 7. The echocardiography without structural heart and vascular disease, no abnormal ventricular wall motion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have clinical significance or moderate above of cardiac valve regurgitation; 2. With systemic diseases effectting on the cardiovascular system; 3. With a mass or liquid adjacent to the heart; 4. With a history of a clinical diagnosis of Kawasaki disease; 5. use of vasoactive drugs within 24 hours; 6. received or receiving systemic or local chemotherapy or radiotherapy; 7. professional athletes; 8. in other clinical trials of patients; 9. Researchers think other reasons not suitable for clinical trials.
