18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. before making any assessment must sign an informed consent; 2. onset in the one week; 3. Severe infection, severe trauma or acute severe pancreatitis; 4. ARDS high-risk groups (OI>300mmHg), ARDS patients (OI<=300mmHg).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. people younger than 18; 2. pulmonary artery embolism; 3. Serious arrhythmia or acute heart muscle ischemia; 4. after CPR; 5. advanced malignant neoplasm; 6. Chronic interstitial lung disease; 7. pregnancy.
