Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. before making any assessment must sign an informed consent; 2. aged 40-80 years old male or female adults; 3 Under the existing policy GOLD (GOLD2015), the patient was diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. can not cope with this project or other reasons not related inspection collaborators; 2. chronic disease that may affect the respiratory tract bacterial abundance, including active tuberculosis, frequent episodes of bronchiectasis with infection history, acquired immunodeficiency disease, cancer and so on; 3. alcohol or narcotic drug abuse, drug history, or with a history of mental illness (such as schizophrenia, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression) against personality, poor motivation, paranoia or other emotional or mental problems that may affect the validity of the study and informed participation Case.
