Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I~II patients between 20-60 years old.Preoperative patients had no respiratory, circulatory system disease, severe liver and kidney dysfunction; without neuromuscular and history of mental illness; preoperative unused mildew element affect neuromuscular function of antibiotics and other drugs of neomycin, streptomycin, polymyxin, Lin; no long-term application of sedative and anti psychotic drug history; no difficulty airway history.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suffering from respiratory, circulatory system disease, or severe liver and kidney dysfunction; neuromuscular and history of mental illness or surgery using the affect neuromuscular function of antibiotics and other drugs; memory or abnormally long application of sedation, anti psychotic drug history; ASA grade III and above, evaluating airway Mallampati grade III and above or persons with a history of difficult airway.
