18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. histopathologically confirmed colorectal adenocarcinom; 2. without distant metastasesin; 3. need to chemotherapy according to NCCN clinical practice guide; 4. aged lower than 70 years old; 5. informed consent obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. with serious heart and lung disease; 2. with other malignant tumor; 3. with heavy renal inadequacy; 4. with peripheral neuropathies; 5. with blood diseases; 6. women who are pregnant or breast-feeding.
