Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with PCOS accord with standard of Rotterdam 2003 for the first time to assit reproduction by IVF/ICSI; 2. age less than 38 years; 3. BMI between 18 and 28; 4. Bilateral ovaries exists and no cyst.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with untreated hydrosalpinx, moderately severe endometriosis, uterine fibroids =2 cm, submucosal uterine fibroids, uterine malformation, and history of uterine cavity adhesion, etc; 2. patients with Cushing's syndrome, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, high prolactin hematic disease, high blood pressure; 3. patients need to assit reproduction by PGD or PGS; 4. patient has a history of recurrent miscarriage; 5. patients have a known history of chemotherapy or radiation therapy; 6. patients refuse or not carried out in accordance with the plan calls for treatment, including the clinical examination and laboratory examination due to any reason; 7. patients whose husband with less serious, weak, abnormal sperm disease.
