65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged >=65, no matter of the gender; 2. admitted to ICU after operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients had preoperative diagnosed delirium or Cognitive dysfunction; (2) Use medicines to treat mental illness in the past half year; (3) Brain surgery patients (craniocerebral trauma, etc.); (4) Surgery time is less than 1 hour; (5) Eyesight or hearing impairment; (6) moribund patients not expected to survive longer than 24 h.
