Age
18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. To be with primary operable breast cancer without evidence of metastases; 2. being premenopausal assessed by regular menses; 3. plant to receive standard adjuvant chemotherapy with cyclophosphamide,and 4. sign written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ovary tumor or salpingoophorectomy or hysterectomy or pelvic radiation prior to the follow-up; 2. history of prior chemotherapy; 3. pregnancy; 4. undergone ovarian suppression.
