4 Years to 6 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Thirty aged 4 to 6 yrs children, male or female, ASA I or II. The operative types including tonsillectomy, paranasal sinus surgery, open appendectomy, pediatric NUSS surgery (including nail pulling), and other ENT, general surgery, thoracic or orthopedic surgery. (2) Parents or guardians of children signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Body weight less or more than 15% of the standard weight [standard weight (kg) = height (cm) -100]. (2) There is a serious respiratory, cardiovascular disease, hepatic or renal insufficiency (ALT, AST exceed 1.5 times of the normal value and BUN, Cr above the normal value). (3) Asthma or airway hyperresponsiveness, neuromuscular diseases or cachexia. (4) Children with difficult airway, previous abnormal history of operation and anesthesia. (5) Serious acid-base imbalance, or severe electrolyte disorder. (6) Have participated in any other drug clinical studies within 30 days before the study. (7) Cardiac surgery. (8) Researchers consider some other situations that are not suitable for selected.
