Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 16-75, gender not limited; 2. Onset the idiopathic facial palsy no more than 72 hours; 3. Peripheral facial paralysis (unilateral); 4. Obtained the signed the informed consent from patients or patients with legally authorized representatives.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Steroid drugs are being used in the treatment of other diseases; 2. During pregnancy, lactation and planned pregnancy patients; 3. Diabetics; 4. Malignant hypertension; 5. Patients with liver disease and renal history; 6. Suffering from gastric or duodenal ulcer; 7. Patients with a history of glaucoma; 8. Suffering from acute inflammation of the ear or suffering from the same side of chronic ear inflammation; 9. History of tuberculosis; 10. History of immunologic deficiency syndromes; 11. Recently craniocerebral injury; 12. Insane; 13. Other patients may be affected by drug test results.
