50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case group: 1. Male or female and 50 to 80 years of age; 2. Diagnosed of primary hypertension; 3. Subjects with normal cognition or mild cognitive impairment; 4. Voluntarily signed informed consent. Control group: 1. Male or female and 50 to 80 years of age; 2. Without history of hypertension; 3. Sex , age and education were matched with the case group; 4. Voluntarily signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Case group: 1. Secondary hypertension; 2. Intracranial and extracranial vascular stenosis patients; 3. Apparent cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage patients; 4. Patients with systemic diseases or other neurological diseases which may affect the cognitive function; 5. Patients with severe cardiovascular disease, lung disease, diabetes and other systemic diseases; 6. Patients with nervous system diseases or systemic diseases which may affect the autonomic nerve function; 7. Can't cooperate with cognitive function assessment; 8. Magnetic resonance imaging contraindication. Control group: 1. history of hypertension; 2. Intracranial and extracranial vascular stenosis patients; 3.
