Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients with urothelial carcinoma of the bladder (BC) in the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University will recruited for this study. The control group consists of the healthy controls (HC) who visited the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University for routine health examination. All the patients and healthy individuals are Han Chinese residents. None of the patients were currently undergoing radiotherapy, chemotherapy or other medical interventions. All the patients and healthy individuals had received a relatively stable diet during the past 5years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included a history of antibiotics, aspirin, other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or probiotic treatment within the previous 6 months before enrollment
