Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with proven inflammatory bowel disease (IBD); treatment failured with standard medical therapies, or steroid-dependence; presenting active stage; informed written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have other intestinal diseases: for example: bowel obstruction, perforation and/or abscess; Concurrent Clostridium difficile infection or other known infection; Any antibiotic, probiotics or prebiotics use within the last 1 months; Pregnancy
