Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years old, male or female; 2. Outpatients with comfortable symptom like abdominal pain or bloating or sour regurgitation or belching or nausea or nausea or heartburn or pectoralgia or melena and so on; 3. 13C breath test positive; 4. All subject underwent upper endoscopy with gastric biopsy for culture and susceptibility testing before positive bacterial culture; 5. primary treatment with the eradication rigime on this study and the Helicobacter pylori status become negative; 6. Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Using antibiotics, bismuth, probiotics, H2 receptor antagonists, PPI and drugs metaboliced through the cytochrome P450 2C19 Within four weeks before treatment; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3.
