Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age of 18-60 years old; 2. American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I or II grade; 3. Undergoing elective gynecologic laparoscopic surgery; 4. Agree to receive postoperative sufentanil analgesia pump for 48 hours. No serious cardiovascular disease, normal liver and kidney function; 5. Have not received chemotherapy treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. allergies or allergic reaction to the drug used during perioperative period; 2. The long-term use of sedative and analgesic drugs or have a history of chronic pain; 3. Patients with depression and other mental dysfunction; 4. Taking known to inhibit or elevated enzymes CYP3A4 expression of drug (1 week) or food (3 days): erythromycin, clarithromycin, alcohol, chocolate, coffee, grapefruit, different verapamil, rifampicin, HIV protease inhibitors, phenytoin Britain, itraconazole, dexamethasone and phenobarbital, carbamazepine.
