Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. meet the diagnostic criteria of severe aplastic anemia. 2. not simultaneously enrolled in other clinical studies.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pancytopenia attributing to other disorders, such as paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria, myelodysplastic syndrome, acute arrest of hemopoiesis, myelofibrosis and etc.; 2. patients already enrolled in other interventional studies.
