Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meet the diagnostic criteria of AA

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pancytopenia attributing to other disorders, such as paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria, myelodysplastic syndrome, acute arrest of hemopoiesis, myelofibrosis and etc.; 2. comorbid other hematological disorders, such as lymphome and etc.; 3. comorbid other internal diseases, such as hypertension, diabetes and etc, which are out of control of medications.
