Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: clinically diagnosed as high myopia and POAG (Newly Diagnosed without medications usage)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: cases with other ocular disease, such as cataract, corneal opacity, uveitis and retinal disease; cases with other systemic disease,such as hypertension, diabetes; cases can not understand the research and refuse to attend the research.
