Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute symptomatic VTE, confirmed with objective test; 2. Patients over 18 years old; 3. Patients discharged within previous 6 weeks prior- to diagnosis of symptomatic VTE. Or diagnosed as symptomatic VTE during hospital stay and admitted to hospital due to other disease than VTE; 4. Patients whose hospital medical records have been obtained; 5. Patients with written consent (by himself/herself or his/her legal guardian) can be obtained.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are currently participating in a interventional clinical trial; 2. Patients with known thrombophilic condition.
