Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-24 years men; 2. obeisty: body mass index (BMI) >=28.0 kg/m2 and triglycerides (TG) >=1.7 mmol/L; 3. normal weight subjects: BMI between 18.5 kg/m2 to 24kg/m2, stable body weight during the 6 months before the study; 4. not receiving prescribed medicationnot having an urinary tract infection within 1 month of commencing the study; 5. without cardiopulmonary, renal, or liver disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were rigorous exercise and recent body weight change.
