Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Between Oct 2015 and Apr 2016, 60 pathological specimens from the patients accepting endoscopic procedures (such as endoscopic submucosal dissection, endoscopic mucosal resection, polypectomy, mucosal biopsy, tumor biopsy, etc.) in our hospital were collected randomly. Moreover, 15 patients with advanced colorectal cancer were enrolled into this study randomly. Advanced colorectal cancer tissues and paracancer tissues were collected from each patient.
