Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with a diagnosis of COPD, with a post-bronchodilator ratio of FEV1/FVC 40 years; 3. can complete mMR CCAT and CCQ without communication barrier.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. with other chronic respiratory diseases; 2. with sever cardiac, liver and renal diseases; 3. patients who refuse to participate; 4. patients with cognition disorders.
