Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients Or their legal guardian have signed informed consent; 2. Aged 18 to 60, ASA I-II, BMI<30kg/m2; 3. Patients with intracranial aneurysms diagnosised by DSA undergoing were arranged to elective surgery; 4. Without nerve disfunction or other neurological disorders in preoperative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With abnormal ablood coagulation, Hb<100g/L; 2. Preoperative consciousness cognitive impairment; 3. Preoperative limb movement paresthesia or SSEP or MEPs examination was abnormal; 4. With drug allergy or drug abuse; 5. With important viscera function damage such as liver and kidney function is not complete; 6. Diabetes and abnormal glucose tolerance; 7. Long-term use of antiepileptic drugs; 8. Pregnancy or breast-feeding women; 9. Other disease which may interfere with the results.
