Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of healthy volunteers: Age >=18 years old, gender and height, weight are unlimited, blood pressure in the normal ranges(systolic pressure 80mmHg-130mmHg, diastolic pressure 60mmHg-90mmHg), blood routine examination, blood glucose, blood lipid are normal, electrocardiogram and chest X-ray are normal,The thoracic echocardiography shows cardiac structure and left and right ventricular ejection fraction (EF between 0.55 to 0.80, LVEF acquired by bi-planar Simpson method) are normal,c, there is no history of cardiovascular system operation. Inclusion criteria of atrial fibrillation: Age >=18 years old, gender and height, weight are unlimited,diagnosed as non-valvular atrial fibrillation by history,examination and ECG, being to do the RFCA(radiofrequency catheter ablation) first time in the research hospital and mitral valve without moderate reverse flow above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria of atrial fibrillation: 1. Fail to complete the follow-up examination for any reasons, such as expected survival time < 1 year, or some other serious diseases; 2. cardiomyopathy such as hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, dilated cardiomyopathy, restricted cardiomyopathy (myocardial amyloidosis, hemoglobin storage diseases, endomyocardial fibrosis, etc); 3. myocardial tumors; 4. constrictive pericarditis.
