20 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients aged 20-55 years old, ASA grade I-II; 2. Heart colour to exceed doppler ultrasound diagnosis of severe mitral regurgitation.(regurgitant fraction>60%)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. liver andkidney function is not complete; 2. neuromuscular disorder, medication history may affect the neuromuscular transmission function; 3. bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive emphysema, bronchiectasis, bullae of lung andthe history of pulmonary lobectomy; 4. for any reason, the researchers believe that there is any situation that is not suitable for inclusion.
