18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age ranges from 18 to 70 yesrs old. Both male and female patients are involved.Benign and malignant liver lesions.Patients that underwent liver resection. Can carry general anesthesia.Proposed to undergo open or laparoscopic liver resection. Patients willing to attend this research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients younger that 18 or older that 70 years old. Diagnosis isn't clearly identified.Cann't carry general anesthesia. Complications with severe heart,lung,kidney and brain disease or advanced malignancies that cann't carry the surgey. Patients suffering from autoimmune diseases. Liver vescular diseases that affects blood in and out of the liver. Patients used non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, steroids and opioids for a long period of time. Coagulation dysfunction. Patients not willing to attend this research.
