Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients are examined by carotid ultrasonography in the department of ultrasound,Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University; 2. Age >18 years; 3. The patients are willing to participate the clinical trial andsigned informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age < 18 years; 2. Pregnant woman; 3. Secondary hypertension; 4. Type I dibetes; 5. Carotid body tumor; 6. Patients are repeated carotid ultrasonography; 7. Patients are unwilling to participate the clinical trial.
