Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. SRNS: prednisone (Pre, or its equivalent) at 1-1.5 mg/kg per day remained non-response when treatment was continued for more than 8 weeks, excluding the possible cause such as infections, hypercoagulability or thrombosis; 2. other immunosuppresnt therapy including cyclophosphamide treatment, mycophenolate mofetil therapy, Tripterygium multiglycoside in the treatment of patients received cyclosporine treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. known secondary causes for nephrotic syndrome, such as Henoch Schnlein purpura nephritis, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, Hepatitis B virus-associated nephritis; 2. active infectious disease; 3. Serum creatinine greater than 3mg/dl; 4. Pregnancy, lactation or unwilling to take contraceptive measures; 5. A diagnosis of diabetes mellitus; 6. Known hypersensitivity to macrolides.
