Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Conform to the world health organization (WHO) on the diagnosis of ischemic stroke; 2. 40 to 80 years old; 3. 24 hours within onset of ischemic stroke; 4. The patient or relatives signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hemorrhagic stroke; 2. Patients with transient ischemic attack; 3. Coma or incomplete clinical data; 4. Taking part in other clinical trials.
