22 Years to 37 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All women were younger than 38 years andfor whom 8-20 oocytes were retrieved. They had normal basal endocrine examinations andmorphologically normal oocytes. None had a history of hydrosalpinx. Male partners had normal semen quality according to World Health Organization (WHO) criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The factors, which may affect pregnancy rate such as hydrosalpinx, uterus malformation, hyperprolactinemia or other endocrine diseases; 2. Patients who had received early rescue ICSI were excluded from the enrolment
