Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnostic criteria of KDOQI related to CKD: A. Kidney damage greater than or equal to 3 months, with or without a fall in GFR (renal injury: renal structural or functional abnormalities, performance one of any of the following: renal pathological examination abnormal; blood, urinary abnormal or constituents ultrasound, X-ray, CT and radiographic abnormalities; B. GFR<60ml/min/1.73m2 is more than or equal to3 months, with or without renal damage index. 2. The limbs can be normal activities, communication and free of obstacles and voluntary cooperation with sports training.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: New York NYHA heart function class IV; Recent uncontrolled activities after angina pectoris; Peripheral arterial disease and intermittent claudication;Limbs absence; Acute and chronic infection 3 months; Immune enhancement or immunosuppressive agents; active bleeding; combined with chronic wasting disease (such as tuberculosis, tumor, etc).
