Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I-III, age18-65yr, BMI<30kg/m2, patients with thyroid cancer scheduled for thyroidectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: neurological or neuromuscular disease; serve hepatic and renal insufficency; taking medication which may interfere with muscle relaxation; predited difficult airway;
