Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: With left heart disease such as hypertension, coronary heart disease, dilated cardiomyopathy, dilated cardiomyopathy, rheumatic heart disease, heart failure, congenital/acquired left heart inflow/outflow tract obstruction and congenital cardiomyopathies; adults (age>=18).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Treated targeting pulmonary hypertension before; undergone major surgery before; with tumor; pregnant or lactating; with other pulmonary hypertension related diseases; refused to sign the informed consent.
