Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The accordition with the diagnostic criteria of aplastic anemia; 2. Age >14 years old and <80 years old,with the normal function of liver and kidney; 3. The course of disease was less than half a year, or the duration of the disease was more than half a year but with no formal treatment; 4. He or she did not participate in clinical research at the same time.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other diseases caused by the reduction of whole blood cells, such as paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobin, bone marrow hyperplasia syndrome, acute hematopoietic function arrest, bone marrow fibrosis; 2. Patients with the congenital aplastic anemia; 3. Patients with severe heart disease, brain, liver, kidney disease and mental disease; 4. The pregnant, lactating women.
