Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: post-operative CRC cancer: 1. In accordance with the above diagnostic criteria, TNM staging was the second and third stage; 2. already exist distant metastasis or recurrence when patients included; 3. 18 years of age or older, male or female; 4. Patients' informed consent and follow-up; 5. Follow up and clinical data were complete. Advanced CRC cancer: 1. In accordance with the above diagnostic criteria, TNM staging was the second and third stage; 2. No distant metastasis or recurrence before patients included; 3. 18 years of age or older, male or female; 4. Patients' informed consent and follow-up; 5. Follow up and clinical data were complete.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Not comply with the above diagnostic criteria; 2. Patients with a history of mental illness; 3. Combined carcinoma.
